Position Care Partner – Full Time Location Hudson, Ohio Pay Range $18 – $24 per hour. Sign‑on Bonus: $3,000 Shift Schedule Week1: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday – 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Week2: Monday/Saturday/Sunday – 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy: Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy. Proactive: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care. Qualifications Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Must have a positive and energetic attitude and love residents. Must possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall. Must be criminally cleared.
