Langton Shores is seeking an On Call - Cook to join our team. As an On-Call employee, you are required to pick up two shifts per month and be willing to cover leaves. Applicant must be able to pick up both shifts; 5:30am-2:00pm and 11:00am-7:30pm.

Set on 14 acres in a residential area of Roseville, this community offers skilled nursing care in two types of settings—long-term living "neighborhoods" and short term rehab for shorter stays aimed at rehabilitation and recovery. Responsibilities

The Cook is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experience for customers by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of State and Federal food-handling regulations, including food service operations strong desired.
• Demonstrated compatibility PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.64 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Benefits

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week: Health, and dental, including applicable HSA & FSA, Employer Contribution to HSA for eligible Health Plans, Life insurance (AD&D), Retirement, with eligibility for an employer match, Holiday pay and extended sick.
