About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our client's team in the tech sector. In this role, you will contribute to documenting and refining key GTM execution processes, defining and standardizing a core set of GTM execution metrics, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Document and refine key GTM execution processes, including lead and demand handoffs, opportunity and deal flow, and adoption, renewals, and expansion motions.
• Clarify ownership, handoffs, and stage expectations across functions while identifying execution gaps, friction points, and inconsistencies.
• Produce clear process maps, written documentation, and lightweight playbooks.
• Define and standardize a core set of GTM execution metrics, clarifying metric definitions and usage across teams.
• Build simple views or dashboards to surface execution issues and risks, using insights to recommend targeted process improvements.
• Facilitate working sessions with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Ops stakeholders, capturing decisions and translating them into clear documentation.
• Support team initiatives with structured analysis and follow-through.

Requirements

• Proficiency in process analysis and documentation tools such as LucidChart and Visio.
• Experience in defining KPI & Metrics.
• PowerBI Reporting and Excel Data Analysis skills.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional process tools or methodologies.
• Background in the tech industry.

Salary & Benefits

Max Bill Rate: R$27,484 Monthly BRL
