Power Systems Engineer

We have an opening for a dynamic Power Systems Development Engineer with a leading tech company in Irvine, CA. This role focuses on advanced power systems, power conversion technology, AC/DC, DC/DC, HVDC/DC, inverter systems, and cutting-edge high-power infrastructure solutions for data centers, EV charging, and energy storage.Applicants must hold a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a relevant field.Qualified candidates from North America can benefit from relocation assistance, with potential visa support including H1B transfer and Green Card sponsorship.Travel is required, around 20-25%, including international trips to Europe and Asia.This role emphasizes innovation and prototype development, rather than sustaining engineering or production support.
