We do not track RVUs; instead, we focus on educating you about the business aspects of medicine, paving the way for partnership opportunities and equity ownership after just two years. In Oceanside, you will have the chance to work alongside an experienced physician who has successfully built a large and reputable practice over the past two decades, benefiting from her mentorship and the goodwill she has established with patients. Initially, you will be settled into this role, with plans to add another physician later. Ample parking is available, and you will be working in a newly designed office space.

We are currently looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding practice.

Compensation: $240,000 - $300,000+, Annually

Compensation Details:

The compensation range is $240,000 to $265,000 as a base salary, plus a sign-on bonus, profit sharing, and an annual quality bonus. This range is based on market standards, and individual compensation will be determined by various factors, including years of experience, performance, expertise, and qualifications.
