Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent and grew up around the insurance world, as my father was also an insurance agent. I attended the University of Illinois, where I ran track, and I’m one of four brothers - family, teamwork, and healthy competition are a big part of who I am. Outside the office, I enjoy traveling and staying involved in entrepreneurial projects. My brothers and I started a drinkware company, Frost Buddy, which has grown rapidly and reflects the innovation and hustle I bring into our agency as well. ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
