- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
- Shift: Nights
- Hiring Incentive: $5,000
- Provide technical nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN
- Participate as part of the nursing care team
- Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and nursing care
- May serve as Charge Nurse in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Maintain accurate documentation and support resident safety and quality care
- Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
- Current California LVN License
- Graduate of an approved LVN program
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and computer skills
