Manager, SAP Supply Chain Planning

Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least five years of recent SAP advisory consulting experience, with emphasis on supply chain, manufacturing, and production planning across multiple industries.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
• We look for experience leading workshops, managing day-to-day client relationships, and coordinating functional teams using SAP Activate or similar agile delivery approaches.
• We need deep hands-on configuration and design experience in SAP manufacturing and planning modules, including SAP PP for discrete and/or process manufacturing, MRP, capacity planning, and SAP PP/DS.
• We require practical knowledge of inventory management processes, plus integration experience with SAP EWM and external or native MES platforms.
• We look for experience designing future-state processes that incorporate advanced digital technologies, including SAP business AI capabilities and predictive analytics.
• We need strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and architectural concepts to business stakeholders.
• We require the ability to travel as needed.
• We require authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• We will lead and manage SAP supply chain and manufacturing workstreams through the full project lifecycle, including design, build, test, and deployment.
• We will deliver high-quality solutions covering production planning, manufacturing execution, scheduling, and inventory operations.
• We will support business development for our SAP consulting practice by contributing to RFP responses, project estimates, system demonstrations, and pre-sales efforts for SAP S/4HANA opportunities.
• We will serve as a functional lead and architect for SAP production planning solutions, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain, warehouse, and execution systems.
• We will support practice administration by managing engagement budgets, assisting with resource planning, and mentoring and coaching staff.
• We will help develop and publish thought leadership, training materials, and new service offerings focused on advanced scheduling, manufacturing modernization, and AI integration.
• We will act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain a respectful and courteous work environment.
