Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. • Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
