This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator with a strong background in construction and/or business law who thrives in complex, high-stakes matters and is ready to take ownership of cases from beginning through trial.Position OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned attorney with a demonstrated track record of success handling sophisticated litigation matters. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and confident managing cases start-to-finish, including full trial preparation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage litigation matters from initial case assessment through trial and resolutionHandle start-to-finish trial preparation, including strategy development and courtroom advocacyDraft and review all pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documentsConduct complex legal research and provide high-level analytical insightNavigate multifaceted and high-exposure cases with sound judgmentMaintain organized, accurate case files with exceptional attention to detailCollaborate with clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomesQualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school• Active license and in good standing in Minnesota• Experience in construction litigation and/or business litigation• Proven courtroom and trial preparation experience• Strong legal writing and analytical skills• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detailCompensation & Benefits• Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience)• Bonus Potential• Hybrid Work-OptionThis is a wonderful opportunity for a senior attorney who wants to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic litigation practice while maintaining flexibility and strong earning potential.
