Logistics Manager

We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to help drive efficiency, cost savings, and service excellence across our inbound logistics network. What You’ll Do As a key logistics leader, you will: Drive freight strategy by managing and optimizing our carrier network Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining high service levels Identify cost-saving opportunities, including backhauls and route optimization Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues quickly Analyze data (financials, routing, performance metrics) to improve efficiency Manage TMS operations, billing, reporting, and freight audits Handle claims, OS&D, and vendor chargebacks Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and partners What You Bring 5–7 years of logistics/transportation experience Strong negotiation and analytical skills Experience with TMS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems Strong communication and relationship-building skills Associate degree in logistics, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Why Join Us?
