StretchLab is looking for a Studio Manager who wants clear expectations, strong leadership support, and real performance upside — not a sit-back retail job.

Compensation
Base: 52-55K annual base plus strong monthly bonus opportunity. Top performers regularly exceed 70K+.

What You’ll Own
Lead the Studio Business
- Drive membership sales and retention
- Manage daily operations and staffing
- Execute local marketing and outreach
Build a Strong Team
- Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists
- Set expectations and track performance
- Develop future leaders
Run the Numbers
- Monitor KPIs and revenue goals
- Identify issues early and act quickly
- Keep the studio on track week-to-week
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership business
- Comfortable being accountable for measurable goals
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Confident leading conversations and coaching staff
- High-ownership mindset
