ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2022 and is home to a team of four. My journey with State Farm began long before that - I worked as a team member for eight years and come from a strong State Farm family. My father, uncles, and husband are all part of the organization, so becoming an agent was something I always knew I wanted to do.

I'm married with a two-year-old daughter, and we're deeply rooted in the Prior Lake community. We stay active through the local Chamber of Commerce, support the high school and Savage area, and participate in multiple sponsorships throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mandi Vote - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
