An executive role that doesn't ask you to stop being a veterinarian.

You'll lead medicine, operations and culture across our growing Mass-RI network of emergency and primary care hospitals — and you'll still be on the floor in our anchor ER hospital, working alongside the doctors you lead.

What you'll own

• Mentoring Lead Doctors and Medical Directors to build the next layer of veterinary leadership.

• Medical excellence - clinical quality, safety and standards across every hospital in the region.

• Doctor development programs.

• Regional growth strategy, hospital performance, and integration of new practices.

• A visible, boots-on-the-ground presence — teams see you, not just hear from you.

What we're looking for

• DVM or VMD.

• Emergency, urgent care, surgery, and/or Internal Medicine experience.

• A track record leading collaborative teams and growing hospitals.

• Real appetite for mentorship and developing people.
