Job Title: Dealership Vehicle Inventory Photographer (Full-Time)
Location: Burlingame, Redwood City, San Mateo, Belmont, Foster City, Menlo Park & Surrounding Areas, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until route completion)
Pay: $26.00+/hour (base pay + per-vehicle photo incentives)

About the Role

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a Full-Time Dealership Vehicle Inventory Photographer to help dealerships showcase inventory online through professional vehicle photos, 360&degree; spins, and videos.

Using a company-issued iPhone and app, you’ll travel between dealership locations, stage vehicles, and ensure inventory is accurately represented online. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being outdoors.

No prior photography experience? No problem — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

• Travel between assigned dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops) 
• Capture high-quality photos, 360&degree; spins, and walkaround videos using a company-issued iPhone and app 
• Locate keys and move vehicles into staging areas for photography 
• Apply window labels and inventory stickers as needed 
• Ensure vehicles are organized, photo-ready, and accurately represented online 
• Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability and readiness 
• Upload and manage completed work through mobile tools and apps 

What We’re Looking For

• Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license 
• Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions 
• Can handle physical activity including walking lots and moving vehicles 
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated 
• Communicate clearly and solve problems independently 
• Take pride in producing high-quality work and excellent customer service 
• Are comfortable learning and using smartphone apps and technology 

Preferred (not required):

• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles 

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license 
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently 
• Comfortable with mobile technology and basic data entry 
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening 
• Manual transmission experience is a plus
