Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program and no current placement allowed at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program.

Required Credentials: Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted. Primary Source Verification of licensure/certification is required for application.

Shift & Scheduling: Requesting travelers for 4x10 Day/Evening rotation, will consider Day/Night rotation for the right traveler – the plan is to try each traveler on evenings, if there are needs aligned with skills that will be their primary shift. Scheduled for days when otherwise not needed on evenings. Includes 2 weeks of nights per contract. Including at least 2 short calls each 4 week schedule and weekends. Shifts for 4x10 on evenings would be 1p-11p; Shifts for 4x10 on days would be 7a-5:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-7:30p W. -4x10: When traveler is scheduled weekends they will be scheduled 12 hour shifts and will be scheduled for 8 or 10 hour shifts during that same week to meet their contracted hours.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C
