Providing superior customer service remotely, the full-time Digital Banking Service Representative will assist clients and internal stakeholders with consumer and business online banking products through phone, email, and chat support. Key responsibilities Perform daily administration duties, including building online banking profiles and monitoring reports Facilitate installation and training for new Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay clients Provide tier two issue resolution support for consumer and business products and services Required qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 4 years of related experience in the financial services industry preferred Previous experience with consumer and business online banking products preferred Basic knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
