Research Data Specialist

Research Associate – Yale Child Study Center Location: Yale University, Yale School of Medicine, Yale Child Study Center Application Deadline: Rolling Responsibilities Manage relational databases (Microsoft Access). Lead the ongoing development and maintenance of custom pipelines (MATLAB, Python, R) to process eye‑tracking data. Train and supervise research assistants and fellows in data collection, entry, and quality control procedures. Develop queries (SQL) and scripts (R, Python, or statistical software). Contribute to the early stages of data analysis. Generate reports on study enrollment, data quality, and data availability. Prepare and submit data to the NIMH Data Archive (NDA) and other data‑sharing consortiums and repositories. Contribute to the development and implementation of data management plans for grant‑funded research projects. Support research staff in preparing conference abstracts, manuscripts, progress reports, and grant applications. Qualifications Master’s degree in a related field.
