Print & Mail Services Associate

The Print & Mail Services Associate supports Xerox-managed service sites by providing efficient print, mail, and office-related services. This role blends hands-on document production and finishing work with basic client support and workflow coordination.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate digital and color print equipment for document production.
• Perform mailroom tasks: sorting, delivery, metering, and packaging of incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
• Use finishing equipment such as laminators, paper cutters, and inserters.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment.
• Monitor job queues, perform quality checks, and log/report production activities.
• Assist with file preparation, scanning, archiving, and electronic file management.
• Interact professionally with clients and end-users; provide support and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering office/production supplies.
• Participate in workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate and maintain various print and mail equipment.
• Clear communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Bilingual (English/French or other languages) preferred for some locations.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a print, mail, or customer service role.
• Post-secondary training in technology, office administration, or print production is a plus.
