Horsham Center for Jewish Life, a 324-bed long-term care community, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while promoting a positive environment for residents and staff.

The RN Supervisor serves as a key leader during the shift, providing guidance to nursing staff, supporting resident care needs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to maintain excellent standards of care.

Available Shifts

• Full-Time Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Weekend Opportunities: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff.

• Ensure resident care is delivered according to individualized care plans, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Oversee medication administration, resident assessments, and overall resident safety.

• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality resident outcomes.

• Serve as a leadership resource and point of contact for staff, residents, families, and administration during assigned shifts.

• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license required.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to excellent resident care.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
