Compensation: base hourly pay + (uncapped) commission Company Overview
Home Fire Stove & Grill City is a local retailer of fireplaces, stoves, inserts, and grills serving the Willamette Valley for over 40 years. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain relationships
- Follow the company sales process
- Generate new business through cold calling
- Track all activity in the CRM
- Prepare estimates and manage leads
- Meet & exceed individual/company sales goals
- Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Learn new products and systems quickly
- Stay organized and manage your workflow
- Team oriented and represent the company well
- Retail sales or customer service experience
- Basic computer skills & CRM experience
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Oregon driver’s license
