As a Banquet Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and breaking down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and décor.
• Assisting with food and beverage service as needed.
• Collaborating with event planners, coordinators, and other team members to meet event requirements.
• Maintaining a clean and organized event environment.
• Providing friendly and professional service to clients and guests.

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related role, such as event staffing, banquet service, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment or furniture as needed.
• A dependable and punctual work ethic.
• Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each event.
