Brow Waxing Expert – Ulta – Willis, TX Overview Responsible for maximizing sales in the Benefit brand by engaging guests, providing short beauty services such as eyebrow/facial waxing, tweezing, and tinting, and representing the brand image, products, and culture to Ulta Beauty guests. Responsibilities Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals, contributing to store-wide retail and service sales targets. Provide exceptional guest service: greet, engage, personalize services, recommend complementary products, samples, and services. Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales. Offer short services at the Brow Bar, including eyebrow/facial waxing, tweezing, eyebrow tinting, strip lash applications, and threading in accordance with Ulta Beauty policies. Book guest appointments using the appointment book or system for initial and return services. Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services, and communicate benefits to guests. Maintain attendance and punctuality. Participate in continuous Benefit and Ulta Beauty training, including brand and category education. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and an active clientele portfolio for Benefit brand services. Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures and state board guidelines. Adhere to Ulta Beauty and Benefit brand dress code, including wearing brand assets. Keep the Brow Bar area replenished, signed, and faced, ensuring testers are maintained in compliance with hygiene standards. Communicate supply needs to store management and brand representatives in a timely manner. Maintain store operational standards: cleanliness of Brow Bar, salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area. Participate in merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory, and shipment processing using Benefit and Ulta Beauty technology. Follow loss prevention best practices to protect company assets. Execute other operational tasks as directed. Qualifications High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology or Esthetics license required where state law mandates. Experience in makeup application, eyebrow/facial waxing, tweezing, and tinting. Proficiency with equipment needed for technical work. Demonstrated competency in sales, product knowledge, and service. Strong customer relationship building and independent and team work capabilities. Ability to handle guest concerns positively and proactively, prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Special Position Requirements Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attendance at brand‑sponsored trainings. Continuous mobility: frequent standing, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, reaching, bending, twisting. Continuous lifting/moving up to 10 lbs, and up to 25 lbs as needed.
