As a valued member of our front desk team, you will be the initial point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
About the Role
As a Receptionist , you will be responsible for:
• Greeting and welcoming residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Providing emotional support and assistance to residents and their families, as needed
• Coordinating and scheduling appointments, events, and activities with ease
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all
