• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history along with any co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies to address both addiction and mental health issues.

• Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to engage clients in their recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care, regularly participating in team meetings and case conferences.

• Educate and involve family members in the recovery process, equipping them with tools and resources to support their loved ones.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment interactions in compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.

Your primary focus will be working with adults experiencing substance use disorders, including alcohol and drug addiction, as well as associated mental health challenges. • A valid mental health professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.

Candidates with specialized training or prior experience in addiction counseling will be given priority. Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is highly desirable. Experience working in an outpatient setting and demonstrated success in engaging clients in recovery will also strengthen your application.
