What You’ll Do Sell insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals. Interact with members in person at the branch, over the phone, and online. Compile coverage and rating information; confirm insurer underwriting criteria, coverage, and premium data. Provide members with product and premium proposals that best fit their needs. Develop leads and prospects by responding to referrals in a timely manner. Participate in sales programs and maintain prospect files in the CRM system. Develop general knowledge of Life products for referrals to licensed agents. Follow agency processes and procedures in quoting and binding coverage, and processing member payments. Work with Quality Assurance and Underwriting departments to minimize error and omission exposures. Provide AAA Five Diamond service to all current and prospective AAA Insurance clients. Build professional relationships with clients, insurance company representatives, dealerships, real estate agents, etc. Gain knowledge of AAA Northeast membership benefits to offer and sell to clients. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred. Experience: 2+ years Sales or customer service experience; insurance sales experience preferred; outbound or cold‑calling experience strongly preferred. Licenses and Certifications: Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days (training and exam fees covered by AAA Northeast); Life License preferred or obtained within 1 year.
