Our YouTube channel alone generates up to $50 million  in gross commission income annually, and that does not include the additional income from our social media strategies.

We believe the best is still ahead, and the right editor could substantially grow our brand, our leads, and the revenue our YouTube and social channels already generate.

This Role Is For Someone Who Genuinely Loves YouTube

Not casually watches it but truly studies it. You understand what makes long-form content convert viewers into clients, and you naturally follow the strategies that turn great video into a lead generation engine. You care about the final product not just because it looks good, but because it works.

What You Will Do

You will edit premium long-form YouTube content and high-impact short-form social videos for Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. You will study platform trends, bring informed creative ideas to the team, and work within a refined brand identity while adding your own fresh energy. You will collaborate daily with our talented in-house videographer, a four-person marketing team, and actively experiment with AI and emerging tools, all of which The Coley Group will pay for.

Efficiency and reliability are non-negotiable in this role. You will be expected to meet deadlines consistently, manage your time with precision, and deliver polished work on schedule. In a content-driven business, turnaround time is not just a preference; it is a professional standard we take seriously.

Beyond your base salary, after a six-month probationary period is successfully completed, you will have the opportunity to earn additional performance bonuses tied directly to lead generation results from our YouTube channel.
