As related service providers under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), they collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement therapy goals that support each student's access to and success in the general education curriculum. Responsibilities Schedule / Shift: \n \n Shift details: School Day Schedule \n Hours per week: 15 hours per month \n Contract length: School Year \n Key Duties \n \n Interpret physician orders related to professional area of responsibility \n Assess gross motor skills and therapeutic equipment needs of students \n Develop, implement, monitor, and modify treatment plans based on physician orders and assessment of student as appropriate \n Complete IEP, MET, Medicaid and treatment forms/reports \n Maintain treatment/progress notes and Medicaid documentation per professional standards \n Train Paraprofessionals/PTAs on various student plans \n Regular and predictable attendance \n Requirements \n Licenses & Certifications \n \n Licensed Physical Therapist – State of NV \n NV Driver’s License \n Pediatric/school experience preferred \n Skills \n \n A passion for working with children \n The ability to "connect" with staff, children, and parents \n Exceptional written and oral communication skills \n Creative and flexible \n Access to personal transportation \n Benefits \n \n Temporary (Hourly) Roles \n Comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, and vision \n Company-paid Basic Life/AD&D and Long-Term Disability for employees working 30 hours/week \n Paid sick leave may be available based on hours worked and state laws \n Benefit offerings are subject to legal requirements, eligibility status, and work location \n Employees 21 can participate in the 401(k) Savings Plan \n About Us \n \n RCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
