What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care to telemetry and IMC patients independently and within the team
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, interventions, and evaluations for assigned patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care details accurately
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and health management
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Current RN License in Texas or compact license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association only)
• One year of experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
• Experience in telemetry or IMC units
