This role involves providing specialized nursing care within the operating room environment, supporting multiple surgical specialties, and working efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The position offers the opportunity to select call dates and participate in a dynamic team environment to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Job Details Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room Certifications: All certifications are required upon hire, including RN (Single State or Multi-state Compact), Basic Life Support (BLS), and additional licenses as needed. Experience: 3 years of clinical experience in a surgical or operating room setting. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 3:15 pm, with 12-hour shift hours and a minimum of 36 hours per week. Minimum Qualifications: Current RN licensure (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification, ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, basic computer skills, and experience with direct patient care. Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills, ability to respond effectively to emergencies, excellent time management, critical thinking, and evidence-based nursing practices. Additional Information: Clinicians will float among various specialties and can choose their own call dates. The schedule includes 24-40 hours of call within a four-week period, with call assigned in a randomized order.
