We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Office Coordinator to support the daily administrative and financial operations of our skilled nursing center. Responsibilities Support daily business office operations and administrative functions. Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, and team members. Maintain resident financial records and supporting documentation. Assist with accounts payable, cash handling, and office financial processes. Support resident trust fund administration. Coordinate mail distribution and office correspondence. Partner with centralized billing and revenue cycle teams. Assist facility leadership with reporting and administrative support. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelors degree preferred. Prior healthcare/business office experience preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software. Why Join Us?
