Business Process Analyst

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Join a large, established organization supporting critical business operations through technology, data, and process improvement.
Partner with business leaders and internal teams to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and improve business systems.
Gain exposure to enterprise tools including Maximo, CAPS, Power BI, and Excel.

LOCATION

Office-based position
Professional office environment with no field work or physical labor required.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

Analyze existing business processes, workflows, systems, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into system and process requirements.
Gather and document business needs, functional requirements, workflows, and system changes.
Analyze data and operational information to support better business decisions.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Use tools such as Power BI and Excel to analyze information and provide visibility into business performance.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

0-3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, operations analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing workflows, or identifying process improvements.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
Exposure to Power BI, Maximo, and/or CAPS is highly valuable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Great fit for someone early in their career who is analytical, curious, organized, and interested in growing within business systems and technology.
