Qualifications:

• Active RN license (CT or compact state)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an operating room (circulating and/or scrubbing)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, skilled nursing care in the operating room
• Prepare and maintain the surgical environment
• Advocate for patient safety and well-being during pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs
• Document accurately and efficiently
• Uphold infection control and regulatory standards

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
