Estimator: Bid & Budget Specialist

Estimator Position open in Columbus, Ohio. Midwest Canopy Estimators will be responsible for the following: Collaborate with PMs while maintaining a database of projects and bids Coordinate with subcontractors on any outsourced pricing Responsible for "scrubbing" projects and pricing for management to approve Update database for all PMs and Sales reps as projects are offered for bid Prepare budget and cost estimates for each project Update Airtable with all aspects of the project to keep sales and management informed Project Manager Position open in Columbus, Ohio. Midwest Canopy project managers are responsible for the following: Collaborate with installers, engineers and customers on the same project Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise Comply with safety and building codes Report project progress to client and management Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables Update Airtable with all aspects of the project to keep sales and management informed Sales Representative Open positions in Columbus, Indianapolis and Pittsburg. The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products.
