Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Qualifications & Skills Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure, with ongoing compliance. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the unit. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain patient confidentiality and rights.
