Customer Service Representative Broadview Heights, OH En Garde Deer Defense is a family-owned and operated company specializing in professional deer repellent spray services to help protect yards and gardens. We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer accounts, scheduling services, and supporting day-to-day operations. What can we offer YOU: Health, dental, and vision insurance HSA Life insurance PTO PAY: $18-$22 per hour, offer depending on experience Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently Reliable, flexible, and adaptable in a growing company Comfortable learning and using technology, including iPhone and Mac computers Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with Gorilla Desk or other CRM software Knowledge of landscaping gardening, or floral plant care Responsibilities: Respond to customer phone calls, texts, emails, and online leads within 24 business hours Provide a high level of customer service and effectively communicate with clients Discuss En Garde Deer Defense services with potential customers Schedule free trial sprays and manage customer appointments Maintain customer accounts using Gorilla Desk CRMAssist with invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks Follow established procedures for managing off-season customers Work with management on customer service initiatives and other assigned projects En Garde Deer Defense is a family-owned and operated company specializing in professional deer repellent spray services to help protect yards and gardens. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
