Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventative and primary medical care to eligible students of the University of North Florida. Obtain detailed histories and perform physical examinations to diagnose, treat, and monitor acute and chronic illness and injury in patients. Perform minor surgical procedures and laceration repair. Order and analyze laboratory tests and x-rays. Consult with and refer to medical staff and consultants as appropriate. Advise on preventative care. Consult with and provide guidance to nursing and x‑ray staff. Act as a “Responsible Employee” under Title IX, promptly reporting allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, or child sexual abuse to the designated University administrators. Requirements Background check required. Credit check may be required, in accordance with University policy.
