Job Details Location: US-CA-Santa Clara Job Title: Data Center Technician IIILocation: Santa Clara, CA Employment Type: Contract withfullhealthanddentalbenefits Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract withthe potential for conversion if the candidate outperforms expectations. Weekly Hours: -8a-5p role Monday to Friday (40 Hours Weekly) -6 plus Years ExperiencePreferred Experience with physically installing server racks, mounting servers in the racks, connecting all Ethernet, fiber, and power cords and neatly routing / tying cables to the rack per the schematics and plans provided. Candidate must have experience handling fiber, cleaning, cable management. - Candidate must also have extensive experience installing and managing all rack-level components including switches, routers, chassis, console servers, optical transceivers, PDUs, cable managers, patch panels and trunks. Bonus points if the candidate has experience installing bare metal servers and components within them. Looking for someone to act fast and learn faster. Must be open minded and ready to manage a hectic site with many priorities.
