Commercial Loan Officer/Commercial Mortgage Broker Full-time Thorpe Commercial Capital provides commercial real estate debt and equity finance to owners and investors across all property types nationwide. We have a system in place to continue your success. Join our capital markets team and utilize our virtual offices which keeps you independent and mobile. We know where the business is and it’s for the taken. Ask about our commission and bonus structure that pays upfront. Qualifications 5 plus years originating and closing commercial real estate loans. Must have a thorough knowledge of commercial real estate loans and documentation. Must be a self-starter with strong business development skills. Excellent written, verbal, negotiation and presentation skills are needed to be successful. Must be committed to integrity, client satisfaction and further improve your debt placement career.
