Multi-Site Plant Manager – Blow Molding
\nWe are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Plant Manager to lead operations across multiple blow molding manufacturing facilities.
\nThis position will be responsible for overall plant performance , developing strong leadership teams, driving continuous improvement, and supporting strong customer partnerships.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. \n
- Drive improvements in productivity, OEE, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery . \n
- Develop plant leadership teams and hold accountable to operational and financial goals. \n
- Provide technical and operational leadership in blow molding processes and equipment . \n
- Lead Lean/continuous improvement initiatives and standardize best practices across facilities. \n
- Oversee maintenance, capital projects, equipment reliability, and capacity expansion. \n
- Manage plant budgets and identify opportunities to improve profitability. \n
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and employee development . \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience. \n
- Strong experience in plastics manufacturing and blow molding . \n
- Multi-site manufacturing management experience strongly preferred. \n
- Proven track record improving plant productivity, quality, and profitability. \n
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. \n
- Bachelor's degree preferred. \n
