A DAY IN THE LIFE

As an Assistant General Manager, you help oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure that everything is running smoothly. You work to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction, keep our financials up to date, and ensure a happy and efficient staff. A natural leader, you help to recruit, train, and manage team members, equipping them with the skills to provide above-and-beyond service. You lead by example as you warmly and efficiently provide hospitality to each guest.

Highly organized, you assign work, appraise employee performance, complete work forecasting, reward team members, and resolve issues. You are sure to always be available to respond to the needs of our hotel. Creating the ideal experience for both our guests and staff gives you a great sense of satisfaction!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to be flexible with the schedule

Two years of experience as an assistant general manager is preferred but not required. Previous Hilton experience would be a plus. Are you hospitality-driven? Can you lead and motivate others to work hard and reach their fullest potential? Do you have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this hotel management position!
