Overview The College of Communication and Design at Lynn University is seeking an adjunct faculty member for Film. Primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses. The college also hosts a variety of graduate programs leading to M.S. and M.F.A. degrees. Responsibilities Serve as an undergraduate adjunct faculty in the College of Communication and Design. Provide academic and professional advice to students. Depending on the successful candidate’s area of expertise, teach courses such as: Film Appreciation Film Editing Studio Production Documentary Interpersonal Communication Public Speaking Organizational Communication Persuasion and Propaganda Communication Analysis and Criticism Communication Theories Qualifications Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: Ability to teach introductory and intermediate communication and design courses. Ability to demonstrate excellence in teaching at the college level. Ability to work successfully with students of diverse backgrounds. Minimum qualification: Master’s degree required.
