Product Manager

We're looking for an experienced Agile Product Manager to join a high-performing enterprise team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments, enjoys driving product strategy, and has experience delivering technology solutions within the healthcare payer industry. Healthcare payer experience is required. What You'll Do: Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for an Agile Release Train (ART) Serve as the voice of the customer by defining and prioritizing system features Partner with business and technology teams to deliver high-impact solutions Identify and manage cross-team risks, dependencies, and priorities Validate product features to ensure business and customer needs are met Provide thought leadership and influence product strategy across the organization Required Qualifications: Healthcare payer industry experience (required) Agile Product Management experience Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives or AI-enabled products Strong customer advocacy and stakeholder management skills Experience defining product features and supporting validation Proven ability to manage risks and dependencies across Agile teams Excellent communication and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
