Employee Benefits Associate - 18-Month Career Track

USI Insurance Services is launching an 18-month Employee Benefits Career Track Program designed for recent graduates seeking a career in client service and employee benefits. You will gain hands-on experience with account teams, client service requests, and benefit programs. The program includes structured mentorship, exposure to HR and Benefits Managers, and opportunities to engage in networking and community initiatives.
