Senior Systems Software Engineer

Salary: $102,300 - 209,500 per year Requirements:

• We review product features and define relevant test scenarios.
• We develop ML/AI code to verify product functionality.
• We maintain automated regression tests to support ongoing release quality.
• We perform root cause analysis for test failures in partnership with product development.
• We troubleshoot, debug, and resolve bugs using a systematic approach.
• We mentor engineers, participate in design reviews, and help define standards for maintainable, supportable, production-ready firmware across teams.
• We manage our own work, monitor timelines and deliverables, and keep initiatives on track.
• We prioritize tasks proactively and adjust to changes in resources or schedules.
• We collaborate across product, infrastructure, security, hardware, platform, and external vendor teams to align expectations and achieve shared goals.
• We build a strong understanding of business, stakeholder, and customer needs to support effective partnerships.
• We listen actively to different perspectives and ask questions to ensure clarity.
• We identify and address standard and non-standard issues, escalating more complex matters when needed.
