Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Monitor resident conditions, update care plans, and maintain accurate documentation. Hold an active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license . Demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
