Marketing CoordinatorFull-time | Marketing & Advertising | Location – Olathe, KSAs Marketing Coordinator, you will work alongside the Marketing Team Lead and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external vendors to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across channels and markets.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to support the development and design of marketing materials, including publications, press releases, blogs, website materials, company newsletters, print literature, video scripts, and email campaignsCollaborate closely with the Marketing Team Lead for the Americas to align operational plans with regional marketing strategies and goalsEnsure alignment and customization of marketing strategies and content with local business needs and support the execution of omnichannel marketing initiativesPartner with Product Development and Marketing Research teams to write/produce marketing materials for productsOversee key aspects of the promotional item program, including supplier relationship management, budget and inventory tracking, internal stakeholder communication, and evaluation of new promotional item opportunitiesSupport the planning and execution of customer and supplier visits, ensuring all logistics, communications, and branded touchpoints are aligned to create a consistent and high-quality experienceSupport campaign reporting and analysis by tracking performance metrics, compiling insights, and assisting with post-campaign summariesPerforms other duties as may be assignedHow to SucceedEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or another applicable field from an accredited college or university OR a minimum of two years substantially similar work experienceExperience and Skills:0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field performing substantially similar essential functions (internships or relevant coursework considered)Demonstrates proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointDemonstrates proficiency in using Google Mail, Calendar, Drive & SheetsDemonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrates proficient analytical skillsDemonstrates understanding of work flow processes and systems within the Marketing/Sales cycleDemonstrates effective organizational, time management and follow up skillsDemonstrates the ability to work with guidance from Marketing Team Lead and multi-task effectively in a rapidly changing environment while delivering with high quality in the specified timelineDemonstrates willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow marketing skills across multiple disciplinesMust be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentPreferred Skill: Applicant is fluent in both English and SpanishPeople are at our heartTVH is a global business with a family atmosphere, where people are at the center.
