Senior Inpatient Coding Compliance Auditor & Mentor

Memorial Hermann is seeking a seasoned Coding Auditor to ensure accurate clinical coding for optimal reimbursement and data integrity. You will audit, educate, and support coding staff, aligning practices with AHIMA and CPT/ICD-10-CM guidelines. A strong knowledge of reimbursement policies and 3M tools is essential. The ideal candidate has hospital coding experience, RHIT/RHIA/CCA/CCS/CIC or AHIMA/AAPC certs, and excellent communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr NEPSE Trading
