Other responsibilities include performing accurate testing, maintaining proper documentation, verifying equipment readiness, communicating quality issues and supporting investigations as needed.Main Responsibilities:Product & Process VerificationKnows ALPLA bottle terminologyConducts bottle testing and understands customer specificationsPerforms routine quality checksCompletes equipment verificationsPerforms line clearance processQuality Systems & DocumentationCan properly complete paperwork and standards (basic)Navigates document management systemUnderstands IMS basicsUnderstands OPEX basicsCan complete COA review and preparationData Management & Analytical ToolsUnderstands CAQ basicsUnderstands statistics basic and/or intermediate as required by locationNonconforming Product & Problem SolvingManages internal and external defective productsUnderstands AQL and sampling plansUnderstands problem solving basicsParticipates in RCAsPerformance Metrics:On-time completion of assigned trainingPass Gauge R&R evaluationsAcceptable performance on data integrity auditsDepartmental goals as assignedCompetencies:Ensures AccountabilityDecision QualityCommunicates EffectivelyInstills TrustCollaboratesValues DifferencesDrives ResultsQualifications and Requirements:Education: minimum education of a High School diploma or equivalentExperience: 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment, preferredSkills: computer basics, passing ALPLA assessment scores, ability to work well with others, good decision making will minimal supervision, ability to multi-task, good organizational skillsCertifications/Licenses: NAOther Requirements: NAPhysical Demands:The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, use hands to finger, handle or feel.The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk and hear.The employee is occasionally required to sit.The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.It is required to act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by adhering to all ALPLA policies and procedures and Safety Standards (OSHA).ALPLA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: ALPLA is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
