Apartment Maintenance Supervisor needed for 200+ unit, Class A Community in Mooresville, NC. EPA and CPO Certifications are required. Must have two years of Apartment Maintenance Supervisory experience to be considered. Highly organized individual needed with strong Customer Service and Personnel Management skills. Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License required. Professional image a must. Competitive pay and benefits. Full background verification. EOE
